Paris, 1923. Inspired by the two Nardal sisters, Léonie and Antoinette Laval, arrived at La Sorbonne with great literary ambitions and more intimate aspirations. But they are welcomed by a racist article targeting them in the Student Gazette, thus sowing chaos within the university. Immersed in the tumult of the Roaring Twenties, the two sisters will respond in their own way, according to their sentimental and political education. Between the excitement of the Negro ball and the reflection rooms, also discovering their first desires, they will have to navigate between their personal quest and the social challenges that stand in their way, but also, find the trace of their missing mother...
